Happy New Year! I sincerely hope that everyone is anticipating 2023 and a brand-new season of Backyard Bachelor! Making the French 75 is the ideal drink, in my opinion, to usher in the new year. There isn't a finer cocktail than that, in my opinion!
I provided my recipe for the Aviation cocktail last year. This year, I made the decision to showcase my four best French 75 iterations, including a unique combination with Yuzu, my favorite 2022 liqueur.
The best approach to experiment with a French 75 is to just try different gins, and simple syrups, and keep fresh lemon juice on hand.
