I hope everyone has had a wonderful Thanksgiving. One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is the leftovers. For the next couple of days, I seem to be having a never-ending helping of turkey sandwiches. Even after traveling a couple of thousand miles back home, I still have leftovers. I hate to say it but my sandwich is better than Ross' "Moist-maker." Although, I don't have any gravy at my disposal as I flew back across country with as much turkey as I could have. I did have some sourdough bread though!
The Essentials:
- Turkey
- Potatoes au Gratin
- Stuffing
- Sriracha, Mayonnaise, and Mustard
- Cranberry Sauce

There is no real method but just utilize the best of your leftovers. For me, from top to bottom, it goes bread, sauce, turkey, potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It is no brainer to be honest. The key thing is that you get as many different flavors and textures. You can watch the full video: https://youtu.be/JHEHUxN1jpw. It was a lot of fun experimenting on camera, editing, etc.
