End of the Summer Frosé: Tutti Frutti

Summer is unfortunately over but it is still very warm out. So before we transition to more classic fall cocktails, let's stick with the simple frozen drink that everyone loves. What makes this any different than other frosés? Well, bringing out seasonal fruits are the first as well as one of my favorite liqueurs from Don Ciccio e Figli.

Ingredients:

Sauvignon blanc or Sancerre wine (750 mL or 1 bottle)

1 cup of Eklectrika

1/2 cup of Rhubarb or Plum Simple Syrup (optional)

1/2 cup of Lemon Juice

Ice (Lots of it!)

Method:

We have made simple syrups but my favorite remains to be rhubarb or the lemon lavender like from Ted Lasso’s Lemon Lavender Mojito

In batches, combine the wine, liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice in your blender.

Pulse until combined and add ice. You want the ice to be at least 1.5:1 ice to batch mix

Repeat the process and serve immediately.
